Troy and Joni choose to have a small intimate ceremony on the Toccoa River. The setting was perfect, the weather was not! The wind had to be blowing in 25mph gusts and made for a memorable ceremony when the wind knocked over the fire screen on the hearth. Besides the wind, the afternoon went well and Joni & Troy had a great time.
